Lynn Moore, CPC is the CEO of Moore Support Services, INC. She has worked in the healthcare industry for 30 years. Beginning her career in the medical field as a medical assistant and practice manager, she has an extensive background in medical coding, auditing and practice management. She has worked with practices that have experienced employee fraud, implementing safety measures for continued practice success.
Amy Grimmett, CPC is the Director of Client Relations at Moore Support Services Inc. She has been part of the team at Moore Support for over 4 years. Amy has a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and is a certified professional coder and member of the AAPC.
Tara got started in Medical Billing with Moore Support Services in 2003. She was trained in the billing and coding of physical therapy, medical oncology, family practice, infectious disease and mental health. In 2004, she received her CPC apprentice certification thru the American Academy of Professional Coders. After working for additional year, she petitioned for her full CPC certification. She continued to work at Moore Support Services until 2009 when she left to work for a local physical therapy practice. There she honed her skills for billing for physical therapy, learning the ins and outs of authorizations, working with worker’s compensation programs, and other physical therapy special billing requirements. In 2014, she came back to the Moore Support Services family. Since her return she has added cardiovascular billing to her skill-set. Her extensive knowledge of the physical therapy billing has been a wonderful addition to our group. She has proficiency in the WebPT with Kareo and TurboPT specialty physical therapy PM systems.
Tara was born in Idaho and has live in beautiful North Idaho for over 25 years. She is married and has 3 boys with a 12 year gap between her second and third. Her kids take up most of her spare time but she enjoys having that time while they are still at home.
