Lynn Moore

Founder/CEO

With 34 years in the healthcare industry, Lynn began her career in the medical field as a medical assistant and practice manager. Lynn has an extensive background in medical coding, auditing, practice and revenue cycle management. She has worked with practices that have experienced employee fraud, implemented safety and quality measures to turn the practices to a positive financial status. Lynn is a certified professional coder with the American Academy of Professional Coders.

Amy Grimmett

Director of Client Relations

Amy has been part of the team at Moore Support Services since 2012. She works closely with providers across all specialties on practice management solutions and revenue cycle management. Amy promotes effective and clear communication between provider offices and their billing team to assure goals with policies, procedures and productivity are met for each provider office.  Amy has a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and is a certified professional coder and member of the AAPC.

Tara Sims

Director of Training & Implementation

Tara began her healthcare career with Moore Support Services in 2003.  She was trained in the billing and coding of physical therapy, medical oncology, family practice, infectious disease, cardiovascular and mental health.  She has been a certified coder with the American Academy of Professional Coders since 2004. Tara provides training and education to provider offices on multiple software systems and is a valued team member for on-boarding of practices.  She has proficient with WebPT, Kareo, Therabill, TurboPT, TheraOffice, Medisoft, and other speciality PM systems.
